HOW TO CREATE A FREE member management INSTANCE IF YOU ALREADY HAVE AN ACCOUNT

You have already created an account, but did not create a free instance? You can do it in just a few steps.

Click here to continue and create the member management tool.

You will see the following form. Since you already have an account, click Login to continue.

If you are not logged in, you will be sent to the login form. Enter your username and password (the same you used when you were creating your account) and click Login. If you are already logged in to your account, you will be sent to the next step immediately.

You will see a message where we ask for your permission to access your account. In order to create a free instance, we need your permission to read your profile data (like email for example). Click Accept to continue.

Provide information needed for creating a member management tool

To create a free member management instance we need some basic information from you. Fill out the form with club name, club number, district name, district number and URL. The only mandatory field is the instance URL. This will be your member management tool address. Domain is always clubcollaborator.com for free instances, but you can choose your club's name as a sub-domain. For example ''clubxyz'' This means your member management tool address will be clubxyz.clubcollaborator.com

When you have filled out the form, click Create to generate your free instance. Please do not close the page until the instance is created.

We will ask you one more time to access your profile data. We need your permission in order to verify your profile data before you get access to the member management tool. Click Accept to continue.

You will be sent to your free Member management instance - Mnet. You will be logged in as admin, so you can start adding club/district information, members and data.
